Twin Cities Rails and Mississippi Tales

Day 1
Arrive in the Twin Cities... your exciting adventure begins at the Science Museum of Minnesota, renowned for its inventive ways of bringing science to everyone. It's time to check into your hotel in Roseville. This evening, it's "all aboard" as you dine elegantly on the Minnesota Zephyr. You'll roll along the banks of the St. Croix River, recalling the era of the great passenger trains.

Day 2
Your day begins with breakfast at your hotel and continues with the St. Paul Gangster Tour. Learn the history of famous gangsters who roamed the streets of St. Paul in the 1930's. Then it's down to the docks where you'll board the Padelford Riverboats for lunch and a sightseeing cruise.

After your memorable river ride, your group will head off to the Mill City Museum and learn about flour milling in Minneapolis in the late 1800's.

After your "flour" experience, your group will head back to the hotel to freshen up for tonight's activities. After dining in Roseville, it's a return to the riverfront for a theater performance aboard the Minnesota Centennial Showboat.

Day 3
Your final day begins with breakfast and check-out... and a pleasant farewell from the Roseville Visitors Association, including a complimentary rose for each guest. Next, view a collection of model trains at the Twin Cities Model Railroad Museum. After your tour, your group will enjoy lunch and then begin your journey back home.
